a decent place near the alhambra
great location helpful staff noisy air conditioning closed area
the location was really close to the alhambra palace complex. it was a short walk, maybe 3 minutes! the staff were also helpful.
The air conditioning made a lot of noise. It even vibrated in the room. i had to turn it off to sleep. also, an area advertised with lovely views was closed. they said it wasn't in use, and that was disappointing because i wanted to relax there.

i found several things frustrating the parking situation was a headache the hotel's parking was full and i ended up using the alhambra parking it was quite a distance and costly the room i got was supposed to be soundproofed but i could clearly hear the tv and noises from adjacent rooms it was difficult to sleep with constant disturbances.

superb stay near alhambra
convenient location helpful staff clean rooms
The hotel is just a short walk to the alhambra entrance. This made visiting the palace very convenient. i found the staff to be helpful with directions. the rooms were clean i observed, and our housekeeper on the 5th floor did an excellent job.
the wi-fi signal strength was slightly weak in some areas of the hotel, i must admit.
Location
9/10
The hotel boasts proximity to key sites. it is near a bus stop. A bus runs to the city center frequently. the location allowed easy access to the alhambra this landmark.
